German WWII, FW-190D9, JV-44 ROTE 1.

Arsenal-M 222700501. Unassembled, unpainted PLASTIC kit.  1/87 scale.

 JV 44 (Jagdverband 44) was a special fighter unit of top German fighter ace pilots in the Luftwaffe during the last months of WWII. The main aircraft used by the unit was the Messerschmitt ME262 and the Focke Wulf FW-190D9. The commander of JV 44 was General Adolf Galland.

Galland established a protection flight of FW-190's to provide air cover for takeoffs and landings of the ME-262 jets.

The pic of the finished model shows the number "3" on the side. The kit does come with the red number "1" for the sides.

This item is unassembled and unpainted. Instructions and decals included. Full color art-work box. The factory photos may show it as a fully assembled and painted model.  Paint and glue, not included.
