M818 Short  Wheelbase, Tractor, 5ton, 6×6, with Dual tires.

Kniga 3106. Resin 1/87 Scale Unassembled Kit. 

M818 Tractor trucks were used to tow semi-trailers up to 37,500 lb (17,000 kg) with 15,000 lb (6,800 kg) on their fifth wheel. The M818 normally towed a 12-ton 2 axle trailer. There were stake and platform, van, low-bed, and tanker bodies. 6-ton 2 axle expansible vans and 6-ton single axle vans were also used

      Assembly required. This item is an unassembled and unpainted Resin kit. 1/87 (HO) Scale. Instructions included. Paint, glue, and decals are not included but can be purchased separately.

  These models are comparable to the 1/87 scale Roco / Herpa Minitanks. They are the same size/scale. 

   This model is for collectors and model makers from 14 years and older. It is not a toy.
